Oppo has announced that its upcoming flagship smartphone, the Oppo Find X9 Series, will be making its global launch on 28 October 2025, 11 PM (Malaysia time), in Barcelona, Spain. In conjunction with the global unveiling, Oppo Malaysia has confirmed that a local launch event will also take place in Penang.

According to Oppo, the Find X9 Series will consist of two models — the Find X9 and the Find X9 Pro. Featuring a matte glass finish and a matte aluminium frame, the Find X9 will be offered in Titanium Grey, Space Black, and Velvet Red, while its Pro sibling will be available in Silk White and Titanium Charcoal.
With bezels as thin as 1.15mm on all sides, the Oppo Find X9 is revealed to sport a 6.59″ flat AMOLED display, while the Pro model gets a larger 6.78″ panel.
Under the hood, the Oppo Find X9 and Find X9 Pro are among the first devices to be powered by MediaTek’s latest flagship mobile chipset, the Dimensity 9500. In addition to that, these smartphones will also feature Oppo’s third-gen silicon-carbon battery technology, which is said to offer up to two days of battery life.
In the camera department, Oppo has confirmed that the Find X9 Series will continue to carry the Hasselblad Master Camera System and Oppo’s own LUMO Image Engine. A 200MP Hasselblad Telephoto lens will be exclusive to the Find X9 Pro.
In terms of videos, the Oppo Find X9 Series will be able to film 4K 120fps Dolby Vision videos, and will include LOG recording capabilities as well.
Software-wise, the Oppo Find X9 Series will run on ColorOS 16, which is based on Android 16. According to the brand, this will help the Find X9 Series to deliver smoother performance, thanks to its technologies like the Luminous Rendering Engine.
