Under the hood, it runs on the latest 5nm Snapdragon 888 chip that can be configured with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Similar to its predecessor, you also get a pair of stereo speakers and it’s tuned by Harman Kardon.

Despite being added to a blacklist in the US, Xiaomi assures that its new devices will continue to come with Google Mobile Services which includes the Google Play Store. In terms of packaging, Xiaomi is also adopting a flat box design that doesn’t come with a power adapter.
